Charley Hull rallied last week at Pebble Beach to almost grab her maiden major at the women’s US Open.

The five-time Solheim Cup star stormed from the pack to post a six-under 66 – eventually falling one shot shy of Allisen Corpuz. She still pocketed almost $1 million for her efforts as she continues to knock on the major door.

This week, the English star is teeing it up in London, UK, as part of the Aramco series. On the face of it, she opened with a great round of 68. What we discover later is she carded a 10 on one hole – and also carded TEN BIRDIES.

On the 6th tee at Centurion Golf Club, Hull was 2 under for her day. Ten shots later, she posts a double-digit score and sky-rockets to +3 for the day.

She rallied, showing some serious grit, and birdies the very next hole at 7. The back nine was a stripe show, with six birdies and three pars, meaning eight birdies in her final twelve holes.

Hull is tied at the top going into the weekend with Nelly Korda, despite giving 5 strokes away with a quintuple bogey. There’s something you don’t see very often.
