Harry Higgs is no stranger to celebrations at the Waste Management Phoenix Open. In 2020 Higgs drove the green on the 17th hole and proceeded to put his driver between his legs and pretend to ride it like a horse.

This year he celebrated again but this time on the 16th green.

Yup, that’s right. Higgs buried home the birdie putt and as soon as the ball went in the hole he threw his putter into the sky.

Of course, to no surprise, the crowd on 16 absolutely loved it and went nuts when the saw his TaylorMade Spider flying through the sky.

Even Philadelphia Eagles, Higgs’ favorite team’s, quarterback Gardner Minshew loved the celebration.

Who couldn’t love Harry Higgs after this? He truly is a man of the people!
