Speculation regarding Rahm’s team name and teammates has gone on since the Spaniard announced his arrival to LIV Golf in November, which was somewhat unexpected.

Rahm’s signing fee is expected to be around $300 million, and his draw as one of the world’s best players and a current Major Champion was a huge blow for the PGA Tour.

Legion XIII is comprised of two well-known names and two up-and-comers, as Rahm and Hatton, who joined LIV earlier this week, are looked at as mainstays in professional golf, both having successful careers thus far, just on different levels.

Meanwhile, Surratt and Vincent are both young and exciting players who were looking to get their first major break. LIV offered them money and a spot on Rahm’s team, and they could not say no.

Surratt said in a statement:

“I am excited to announce that I have accepted the amazing offer to turn prop and join Jon Rahm and his team, Legion XIII, for the upcoming LIV Golf Tour season! This has been a lifelong dream to play professionally, and I look forward to the opportunity to play with an learn from Jon Rahm.”

Vincent is a native of Zimbabwe, and has played on the Asian Tour. He was promoted to LIV through a qualifier, which is known as the LIV Golf promotions tournament.
