NEW VLOG: Worst Ball Challenge – Can We Break 100?

I think Frank put it best in this video when he said “it’s demoralizing” hit a good shot and have to pick it up because your playing partner hit one worse.  Well, he’s right. It was a pretty tough pill to swallow.  But there is a method to our madness with this challenge, and that was to simulate pressure and team competition. Also, we wanted to beat 100 and say we did so.

But let me tell you something, this challenge wasn’t easy and in fact, at some points it wasn’t fun.  However, the end goal was something we wanted to accomplish because it is difficult to play good golf when every shot you hit was from the worst shot of your or your playing partner.

So, did we break 100? I’ll hint to you that it was CLOSE. Real close.

You’ve heard of a “best ball” scramble format…but what about “worst ball?” In this video we’re challenging ourselves to break 100 in a “worst ball” format. So for every shot we’ll determine which is worst and play from there. It wasn’t easy, but it sure was a good time!
