Ian Poulter and other LIV defectors have won their court case against the DP World Tour, muscling their way into the Scottish Open this week.

NUCLR Golf have just tweeted saying that the LIV rebels are admitted to play in the Scottish Open, which potentially opens the floodgates for players to switch between Tours without the repercussions we initially thought.

Along with Poulter, Justin Harding and Adrian Otaegui have been granted an injunction to allow them to participate at the Renaissance this week; ruling against the decision made by DP World Tour CEO Keith Pelley.

Pelley has said that they are simply LIV disappointed in the decision, reminding others that this is a stay of the sanctions, and awaiting the outcome of the player’s appeal.
