Rickie Fowler Shows Us A Crazy & Hilarious Way To Make Bogey
Only ten years ago, Rickie Fowler only needed to raise one finger to symbolize his first win on the PGA Tour at the Wells Fargo Championship; however, this time, he needed all five fingers. The drama-stricken 6th hole in the first round was another great memory for Fowler to recount. Rickie rips his driver 300 yards and needs to take a drop since it entered the native area. So he took a fairway metal to get something down the fairway to get himself back in prime position.
However, Rick wasn’t ready for prime-time yet; he dumped another ball in the native area resulting in another drop. Now, he is hitting from 134-yards just trying to keep his round together to avoid a big number. Fowler steps up, hitting a 3-quarter shot, rattling his fifth shot in the hole!
In Rickie-esque-style he embraces the moment by counting his fingers to recall his score on the hole to record his bogey, five. What a moment!

This seemed to be the turning point in the round for Rickie Fowler to piece a solid round together by shooting an even par 35 on the front and then carding a -4, 31 on the back to turn in a 66 (-4), currently T-8 after the first round. Maybe this is the time for some Rickie Fowler magic with an old, familiar name at the top in Jason Day in the lead at -7 under.
Both golfers didn’t qualify for the Masters this year, and this tournament could be the turning point for these great professionals, stay tuned for an exciting weekend at the Wells Fargo Championship!
