Ryder Cup Heckler Challenged to Make Putt and Absolutely Drills it
Let the Ryder Cup madness begin!
What a scene it was on Thursday at Hazeltine when a Ryder Cup fan heckled Justin Rose by telling him that “he’ll never make that putt.” Not one to stand idly by, Justin’s playing partner and 2016 Open Champion Henrik Stenson called the heckler out of the crowd and challenged him to “putt his money where his mouth is” and make the putt himself. Justin Rose then sweetened the deal by offering him $100 dollars if he sinks it.
Here’s what happened:

Talk about sinking a pressure putt! Although the team had a good laugh we’re sure the European team isn’t entirely happy about being upstaged by a Team USA fan.
We can’t get enough of this one so here’s another look:

In case you were wondering, the fan used European Tour player Andy Sullivan’s putter to which he responded…”This is not my putter though. Where’s DJ’s putter?”
All we can say is…CLASSIC!
