Titleist Brings The TruFeel Golf Ball Back, and Its Better Than Ever
Titleist is launching several improvements with the 2024 lineup of golf balls, offering something for every ball flight, every feel preference, and every skill level.
One of the mainstays in its lineup for the past several years is the TruFeel, Titleist’s softest ball design that is engineered to provide distance, spin, and control with an ultra-soft feel that gives players more confidence.
The newest version of the TruFeel golf ball has a new advanced core and cover technologies that are designed to help improve a player’s game through optimal feel and ball flights, as well as increased spin for more control around the greens.

The TruFeel ball for 2024 features:
- New TruTouch core combines long distance and fast ball speeds with a very soft feel off the club face.
- Softer 3.0 TruFlex cover delivers increased greenside spin for more short game control.
- TruFit aerodynamics give golfers a penetrating, low ball flight and long distance from a unique, spherically tiled 376 tetrahedral dimple design.
Jeremy Stone, VP of Titleist’s Golf Ball Marketing, said:
“TruFeel has always been a very soft and very long golf ball, and those are important performance attributes to the TruFeel player. With the newest generation of TruFeel, golfers are going to find an even better performing golf ball that maintains its feel and profile along with the ball-to-ball quality and consistency expected from every Titleist model.”
The new version of TruFeel features a thicker, softer 3.0 TruFlex cover that has a variety of benefits, including increased greenside spin. Meanwhile, the new TruTouch core provides a soft feel and longer distance.

Mike Madison, the Vice President of Golf Ball R&D at Titleist, commented on the newly engineered cover and core of the TruFeel ball:
“That softer, thicker cover is going to give golfers a little more greenside spin and performance. The reformulated core gives players long distance and soft feel. And with TruFeel being a Titleist product, it gets the same focus and attention from a manufacturing standpoint as every other ball in our lineup. TruFeel enjoys a loyal following because of its quality, consistency and continuous improvement.”
Titleist will launch the new white TruFeel balls in golf shops worldwide on January 24, while Yellow balls will enter the market on March 1. Additionally, Matte Red will make its way to stores on May 15.
The TruFeel is also a bargain at just $24.99 a dozen, making them a cost-effective option while still being a quality consideration.
