This week I’m answering one of the questions from our members in the Facebook group. David Hughes asked about exercises to improve hip rotation and making a better turn through the swing.
There are a lot of factors that go into making a full, well sequenced hip turn in your swing, but if this is something you struggle with, trying adding this medicine ball drill into your workouts. I would suggest doing 2-3 sets of 6 reps on each side with a 6-8 lb. medicine ball. Think faster, not heavier.
