Rapper Lil Pump Shows Off His (Lack Of) Golf Swing

Since TopGolf has come to be one of the greatest expanding organizations in the United States, it has drawn a lot of star power to its limited locations across the country. And that appeal has even reached the depths of the rap music game.

This past week, Lil Pump, the rapper that has gained much fame from the younger members of society decided to see what all the hype is about TopGolf. And just like almost every other celebrity, Lil Pump posted some of his time on Instagram for the world to see. And we couldn’t be happier that he did because his swing has caused quite a stir in the golf community.

The approach to his swing was so bad that a golf instructor, Travis Fulton, decided to give Lil Pump some tips on his form. He started off with some positives, such as how Pump was able to swing through the ball but manage to still hit the ball at a 90-degree angle to the right. He then explains some of the things that Lil Pump could do to improve his game, and that list could go on forever.

For Lil Pump’s sake and for everyone else’s sake, Fulton made the analysis as simple as he could. For example, he said that Pump really needs to work on keeping the clubhead behind him more. The most glaring issue for Lil Pump is probably that he’s taking his swings with his back up against a wall. Unfortunately, there are no walls surrounding a tee box on a real course or really most other tee boxes at TopGolf.

Outside of his swing, Lil Pump also had struggles holding onto his patented jewelry. On one of his swings, Lil Pump’s ring apparently came off of his finger on the follow through. But he didn’t have to worry about it for too long, as the workers were able to locate the ring about 100 yards back in a net from where Pump’s ball landed. And honestly, being able to drive his ring almost as far as his ball is probably the most impressive part of Lil Pump’s golfing experience.

It appears as though Lil Pump could have a lot of potential in the golf game if he were to take some of the advice that Fulton provided for him. But for the time being, I think Lil Pump and the golf world, in general, would benefit from him simply sticking to his rap career for the time being.
