Here’s How Call of Duty Brought Unlikely Friends Arturo, HV3 and, Carlos Ortiz Together

What a wild story this is. It is tough enough to play any type of video game nowadays without someone on the other side of the microphone screaming bloody murder. The fact they were actually able to become friends to the point of meeting up despite living in different parts of the world is amazing.

Through Ortiz translating between HV3 & Arturo, as well slowly helping Arturo with his English, they were able to create a friendship that is way beyond video games. HV3 and Ortiz reaching out and being there for Arturo when his father passed away on his birthday without having actually met him showed they had his back regardless. Ortiz also hooking Arturo up with a job with his Dad after he graduates is an awesome move and I am sure Arturo couldn’t be more grateful.

What also caught my attention was Arturo had no idea who either HV3 or Ortiz were until after meeting them on Call of Duty. Not until after he watched their videos on YouTube did he know they were professional golfers.

Just goes to show you that you never really know who you are talking to online. Also – it was laugh out loud funny when Arturo called HV3 “bald and fat.” It really shows the level of friends they are when you can bust each other’s balls like that. But don’t worry, HV3 made sure to get him back!
